Fees

Half-day fixed rate (4 hours): $2,500

Full-day fixed rate (10 hours): $5,000

Hourly rate beyond reserved session time: $500

Hourly rate for pre-session conferences, preparation and reading time: $250

No administrative fees are charged.

Payment Policies: 

Full payment of reserved time is to be made prior to the commencement of the session or hearing. Advance payments for session or hearing time are refundable if cancelled at least 5 days prior to the scheduled commencement date(s). Fees are to be paid in equal shares by the participating parties, except where the parties otherwise agree in writing, and due upon receipt of invoice.
