Online Video Conference
Online mediations and arbitrations are conducted via Zoom.
By Phone
Mediations can be held by free conference call or otherwise by phone for those who do not care for video communication or for whom computer access is difficult.
Scheduling
Please provide the following:
Three alternative mediation dates, in order of preference (Before submitting, please ensure that these dates have all been cleared with each party and their respective counsel);
The anticipated length of the mediation;
Session option (in-person or by video or phone conference);
The contact information for each party (if an entity, also the names of its principals);
The contact information for each party's attorney.
Mr. Wiener will promptly respond to your scheduling request. If the dates you propose are not available, he will provide you with those dates on which he is available that are closest to the ones you requested.
